Professional discounts are not offered to homeowners who employ trade professionals.
Trade professionals must use their own credit card or form of payment to make purchases. Driver’s license or other form of identification will be checked.
Professional discounts are offered only to authorized trade professionals purchasing merchandise for jobs with the intent to resell. Discounts are not offered to friends, family, or other ‘affiliated’ persons. “Trade professional” refers to Landscapers, Designers, Architects, and other professionals working in the horticulture industry. An AZ Form 5000 must be on file to receive discounts.
Interior Designer discounts are 20% off Zocalo pottery /casas and 10% off plants. This offer excludes Talavera, high-end metal art and fountains.
Regular 20% wholesale discount is eligible to Interior Landscapers if primary portion of business is plants.
Pottery will be discounted 20% off for trade professionals, excluding sale items and talavera. Other dry goods such as fertilizers, soil, supplies and gift items will be discounted 20%, excluding sale items.
Application approval and any discount category therein will be determined by a Green Things professional. Applications can be denied. You will be notified once your application has been approved.
Existing approved customers may be grandfathered for professional discounts. These customers must be included in notebook at Cashier desk with Owner signature.
We are not taking new “on account” (Net 30) customers. Arrangements can be made to save a credit card on file for use by employees of companies requesting accounts.
Due to changes in Arizona State Law as of January 1, 2015, Green Things will be charging sales tax on purchases, except on sales to other retail establishments for purposes of resale. Contractors will be charged sales tax.
ALL EXCEPTIONS TO ABOVE POLICIES MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY OWNER OR MANAGER.
